About the 2026 Rose Bowl

The 2026 Rose Bowl will be played on January 1, 2026 in the legendary Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California. First played in 1902, the Rose Bowl is the oldest Bowl Game and 2026 will mark the 112th time this famed competition has been contested. In 2026, the game is expected to serve as a quarter-final for the College Football Playoffs. This annual game is usually played on New Year’s Day, except when January 1st falls on a Sunday.
