Alongside its history, Scotland is vibrant and contemporary, with exceptional food and drink, innovative arts and world-class festivals, including the internationally renowned Edinburgh Festival and Fringe.

This itinerary has been designed to showcase Scotland’s whisky heritage, dramatic scenery and warm Highland hospitality. Over six days, you will enjoy private access, curated visits and exceptional dining, arranged with the care and precision that define every journey.

LONDON | ARRIVAL & ORIENTATION

DAY 1

ARRIVAL: Arrive into London, where you are met airside for VIP meet and greet services, including fast track immigration assistance and discreet luggage handling.

PRIVATE TRANSFER chauffeured transfer by Mercedes S Class or V Class to your chosen hotel in central London.

CHECK IN: Arrive at your luxury hotel. Check in, refresh, and settle in after your journey.

AFTERNOON: Time at leisure to rest, adjust to time zones, or enjoy optional afternoon tea within the hotel. Your concierge team will be available for advice throughout.

EVENING: Relaxed dinner reservation either in hotel or nearby, followed by an optional short orientation walk with your private guide. Your concierge team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, or make reservations for you.

OVERNIGHT: Accommodation at a luxury London hotel in a junior suite or higher category.

LONDON | CULTURE, HERITAGE & ACCESS

DAY 2

MORNING: Meet your specialist private guide for a tailored city orientation focused on Royal London, art, power, and British history, shaped precisely around your interests and pace.

LUNCH at Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill, one of London’s most established and well loved dining institutions, known for classic dishes, polished service, and enduring reputation.

AFTERNOON: Private access cultural experiences including a curator led visit to either the British Museum or the National Gallery, offering deeper insight and quieter access. Continue to Fortnum and Mason for afternoon tea hosted with Grant Harrold, former  butler to His Majesty King Charles and his sons, Princes William and Harry, sharing anecdotes and British etiquette and traditions.

EVENING: Fine dining reservation in central London, selected to suit your preferences, followed by West End theatre with VIP seating for a relaxed an iconic London evening experience.

LONDON → EDINBURGH | ROYAL CAPITAL

DAY 3

MORNING: Private transfer to the airport for your private flight to Edinburgh, with full VIP handling throughout departure and your arrival in Scotland.

LUNCH: Private lunch served in a reserved room at your hotel, menus pre arranged to suit individual preferences and dietary requirements. Check in will be handled at a leisurely pace in a private area of the hotel.

AFTERNOON: Begin a private historian led exploration of Edinburgh, including the Royal Mile and hidden closes. Visit Scottish jewelers, silversmiths, heritage clothing designers, and specialist art and antiques dealers.

EVENING: Private dinner either within Edinburgh Castle, including a private viewing of the Scottish Crown Jewels, or aboard The Royal Yacht Britannia. A traditional piper performs exclusively for your group.

OVERNIGHT: Accommodation at The Balmoral or Fingal in premium rooms or suites. The evening concludes quietly, allowing time to absorb the city’s atmosphere and transition comfortably into the Scottish chapter of the journey ahead.

LONDON → EDINBURGH | ROYAL CAPITAL

DAY 4

MORNING: Private guided visit to the Palace of Holyroodhouse, followed by St Giles’ Cathedral with one of Scotland’s historic heralds, Adam Bruce, exploring symbolism, ceremony, and lineage.

LUNCH: Enjoy a private whisky tasting with lunch, hosted by global whisky expert Charles MacLean MBE, offering context, history, and personal insight. Fine wines will also be available for those who wish.

AFTERNOON: Bespoke kilt and tartan experience focusing on clan history, color, and identity, with optional commissioning of garments  or accessories. Time is left free for spa treatments, shopping, or relaxed exploration with your guide.

EVENING: Travel to Broomhall House for dinner, whisky, and cigars by invitation of the Family of Bruce. The Bruce family are  descended from the kings of Scotland, and the house holds many stories and artefacts to visitors as Lord and Lady Bruce will reveal. Enjoy a Scottish country dancing demonstration,  followed by tribal drummers to close the evening.

CAIRNGORMS | HIGHLAND LIFE & NATURE

DAY 6

MORNING: After breakfast at the lodge, choose one private Highland experience: an ancient Caledonian forest walk or guided 4×4 expedition, a hands on bushcraft session exploring traditional skills, or cold water swimming in a loch followed by warming time in a mobile sauna.

LUNCH: A picnic lunch is served in the hills or at a scenic estate location, depending on weather conditions and guest preferences.

AFTERNOON: Return to the estate for further activities, including clay pigeon shooting or archery, a private falconry experience, or a visit to a local art gallery for a behind the scenes tour.

OPTIONAL: Subject to availability, a private visit to Balmoral Estate may be arranged.

 EVENING: Return to the lodge to relax before dinner prepared by your private chef, with an unhurried evening beside the fire and cigars on the terrace, under the stars.

OVERNIGHT: Exclusive use of Gairnshiel Lodge, with attentive but discreet service throughout.

DAY 8

MORNING: breakfast, depart on a private driving tour of the Isle of Skye, exploring dramatic landscapes and cultural highlights across the island. Visits may include Skye Weavers, showcasing traditional craftsmanship, and Talisker Distillery for a guided visit and tasting.

LUNCH: Lunch served at Talisker Distillery, enjoying coastal views and local flavours.

AFTERNOON: Choose one private experience: a luxury RIB boat excursion along Skye’s coastline, a landscape photography session with a professional guide, or a coastal walk led by a naturalist exploring geology, wildlife, and folklore.

EVENING: Return to the lodge for dinner followed by a private Gaelic storytelling session, sharing myths, legends, and oral history passed down through generations.

OVERNIGHT: Accommodation at Kinloch Lodge, with a relaxed evening and island atmosphere allowing time to reflect and unwind.

EDINBURGH → BRAEMAR | INTO THE HIGHLANDS

DAY 5

MORNING: Depart Edinburgh by luxury chauffeured SUV convoy or  Mercedes Sprinter, travelling north through changing landscapes of farmland, forests, and Highland passes.

LATE MORNING: Arrive at Scone Palace for a private guided tour, exploring the historic palace and stories connected to Scotland’s kings and the  Stone of Scone.

LUNCH: served at Scone Palace, dining in private rooms with your host, Lord Stormont.

AFTERNOON: Continue into the Highlands, stopping for photographs at scenic viewpoints along rivers and glens.

ARRIVAL: Arrive at Gairnshiel Lodge. Piper on arrival, followed by afternoon tea served by your butler.

EVENING: Dinner prepared by your private chef, followed by whisky and cigars under the stars. Traditional fiddle and guitar music after dinner.

BRAEMAR → ISLE OF SKYE | EPIC LANDSCAPES

DAY 7

MORNING: Depart Gairnshiel Lodge by helicopter, flying west over Glencoe and Ben Nevis, offering a dramatic aerial perspective of Scotland’s most iconic mountain landscapes. Alternatively, travel  by road, along one of the country’s most beautiful driving routes.

LATE MORNING: Pause for a private boat trip on Loch Ness, enjoying the majesty of the famous loch and spectacular surrounding scenery.

LUNCH: Lunch served in Inverness at a carefully selected restaurant, offering relaxed Highland dining.

AFTERNOON: Continue west through dramatic scenery towards the Isle of Skye, crossing sea lochs, mountain passes, and coastal landscapes.

EVENING: Arrive at Kinloch Lodge, a country house hotel which is home to owners Lord and Lady Macdonald.

DINNER: Dinner served at the lodge, followed by whisky and cigars in relaxed surroundings.

OVERNIGHT: Accommodation at Kinloch Lodge, offering comfort, privacy, and a peaceful island setting

DAY 9

ISLE OF SKYE LONDON | RETURN SOUTH

MORNING: After breakfast at the lodge, depart the Isle of Skye to Inverness Airport.

MID MORNING: Private flight to London, with full VIP handling throughout departure and arrival, ensuring a smooth and discreet transition.

TRANSFER: Private chauffeured transfer to your London hotel, where staff are prepared for your return and arrival.

AFTERNOON: Time at leisure to rest, enjoy shopping in central London, visit galleries, or simply relax within the hotel following the journey south.

EVENING: Final celebratory dinner reservation arranged at one of London’s leading restaurants or as a private hosted event, depending on preference and availability.
