At our sole discretion, any dispute arising under this Agreement may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, applying Texas law.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Affluent Luxury Travel regarding the Site and supersedes all prior communications and agreements.
